The Nerd Network (“we”) operates https://thenerd.network. This page describes how we handle information submitted through the website. It is not legal advice.
What we collect
The contact form collects name, company, email, phone, preferred contact method, need type, user count, locations, urgency, and the description you write. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, user agent) and, if analytics is configured, aggregated usage data from Google Analytics.
How we use it
Inquiry details are used to respond to your request, qualify work, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell form submissions. A hidden honeypot field and Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form are used to reduce spam.
Retention and security
Messages are stored in email and any CRM or ticket system we operate. Transport uses HTTPS. We keep inquiries as long as needed to provide support or meet legal obligations, then delete or archive them.
Contact
Privacy questions can be sent through the contact form.
