Why this shop exists
Most people do not want an “outsourced IT department.” They want the family computer to boot, the shop printer to print, and someone who will sit down and fix it without treating them like a ticket number.The Nerd Network was built for that visit.
We specialize in computer repair and support across Houston and nearby communities. The work covers residential, commercial, and small-business setups — knowledgeable, conscientious help for the machines people actually live with.
How we work
- Come to the kitchen table or the shop counter — do not make people haul a tower across town.
- Explain the options before the work starts.
- Repair what is worth repairing. Say so when replacement is cheaper.
- Leave the household or shop able to use the machine, not just “updated.”

Houston is home. Regular visit communities include The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Tomball, Magnolia, Cypress, Katy, Richmond, River Oaks, Sugar Land. Hours, a public street address, and a published phone number appear here when they are confirmed — we do not invent them.
